Realtors are making sure sellers prepare the home by turning on all the lights and opening all interior doors before the buyer gets to the home, so no one has to touch anything. We have a chart that shows the activity from April and in April we had 6,152 homes available and now in May we have 6,416 not much of a difference. Now let’s look at in escrow we currently have 603 pending and from last month (April) we had 342 so we are selling properties and it has not been a problem doing so.
